1.  What type of training do you include in your programs?

The Custom Plan will be designed around your personal goals but will likely include both strength training and cardio.  I feel as though a combination of both of these modes of training are crucial to meeting most health and fitness goals.

2.  I don't belong to a gym, what kind of equipment do I need for at-home workouts?

Though you don't have to own specific equipment, I recommend having dumbbells and resistance bands for strength training. Cardio equipment isn't necessary as you can do plyometrics, use a set of stairs and don't forget walking/jogging outdoors is free and requires no equipment!  I work with you to create what works best for YOU!

3.  If I apply, am I automatically accepted as a client?

No.  After I receive your application, we will set up a time to chat via phone or video chat to discuss your goals and make sure we are a good fit to work together!


4.  What payments do you accept?

After you are accepted, you will receive an invoice via PayPal to pay via any major credit card.


5.  Can I apply for shorter or longer than 8 weeks?  

I prefer to work with clients for at least 8 weeks, but we can discuss that more via phone or video chat.   

6.  Do you write meal plans?

I do not.  I am not a registered dietitian, so legally I cannot write meal plans.  I do, however, provide both calorie and macronutrient goals and give you advice on healthy and filling foods!
