I've been exhausted, confused and frustrated by fitness and nutrition, just like you.  I've gone from being overweight to skinny and constantly obsessing about how I looked and what I ate. I've tried different diets, countless exercise programs that I didn't even enjoy. I've looked in the mirror and not liked what was looking back at me and felt that my ideal body and balance was something that just wasn't possible for me.  

I thought the only way to get the body I wanted was to severely restrict what I ate and exercise as much and as long as possible.  And, "punish" myself with excessive exercise if I decided to indulge in delicious food. 

The vicious cycle that I was on lasted for most of my teens and twenties.  But, once I entered my thirties, I knew there had to be a better way.  I created a maintainable, realistic lifestyle that included eating well while still enjoying foods I love, and exercising in ways that left me feeling empowered and motivated.  My life changed in so many positive ways once I was able to strike this balance and I want to share this with as many women as possible, so they too, can experience this sense of harmony.
